Our dedicated team of compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellors are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment, tailored to meet your unique needs. We offer a collaborative approach to mental health, ensuring that every session fosters a safe space for exploring emotions, overcoming challenges, and gaining valuable insights. Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal development, our experienced professionals are here to guide you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What to Expect
We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if our style aligns with what you’re looking for. It’s a chance to ask questions, share a bit about what you’re seeking, and see if we feel like the right fit for you.
Our approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, working at a pace that feels right for you and staying within your comfort level. We believe in creating a safe, supportive space where progress feels manageable and sustainable. We also bring in humour when it feels helpful, creating a lighter and more relaxed atmosphere during our work together. Our focus is on what’s already present in your life — your strengths, supports, and resources — and using these as a foundation to help you grow, overcome challenges, and build the life you want.

Individual Adult Counselling
What if we could help you feel differently than you do right now? Counselling provides a supportive space to work through anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and so much more.
As person-centered and integrative therapists, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we draw from a variety of therapeutic models and tools, adapting to what feels most helpful for you as an individual. From Somatic Therapy to Mindfulness or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, we’ll work together to explore what matters to you, at your pace, in a way that honours your unique journey.
Children’s Counselling
Our approach is person-centered and integrative — drawing from a range of therapeutic styles to meet each child where they are. We aim to create a warm, supportive space where children can safely explore their feelings, build resilience, and make sense of their experiences.
We want to be transparent: we are not certified play therapists, although play is often a meaningful part of the work we do with children. We are also not neurodivergence specialists, and we do not complete court reports or conduct custody assessments.
