Before treatment: Your session begins with a brief intake conversation to review relevant health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. You’ll then be given privacy to undress to your own comfort level and will be professionally draped at all times during treatment. During treatment: Throughout the session, your therapist will check in about comfort, pressure, and pacing. Adjustments can be made at any time, and you’re welcome to ask questions, offer feedback, or rest quietly. After treatment: After treatment, your RMT will step out so you can get dressed at your own pace. Before you leave, there may be a short check-in and, when helpful, simple self-care or movement suggestions to support the benefits of your session.
